Paddy Husk Briquettes

To produce Paddy Husk briquettes, the initial step involves collecting Paddy Husk, followed by a series of processes including cleaning, drying and carbonization. During carbonization, the Paddy Husk is heated in a low-oxygen environment to eliminate moisture and volatile organic compounds, resulting in a carbon-rich material suitable for fuel. Subsequently, the carbonized Paddy Husk is blended with a binder, such as cassava starch or molasses, to facilitate briquette formation. The mixture undergoes compression under high pressure using a briquetting machine to achieve the desired final briquette shape.
